Dear Managing Director Pradeep Raman and Surrey Hotel Management,

I was upset to learn that nearly 100 workers at the Surrey were not rehired when the hotel reopened in October. The Surrey workers built the reputation of your hotel over decades – they should not be thrown out.

I urge you to do the right thing by the former Surrey workers and rehire them. I stand with the workers in their fight to restore their livelihoods and I won’t stay at the hotel until this dispute is resolved.
